Dine Out Vancouver 2018: Taste of the Market

We are thrilled to be participating in Dine Out Vancouver 2018! Join us on Thursday, January 25th for “Taste of the Market”, an evening of culinary delight for the taste buds. This event explores the Market’s sprawling array of food and beverage options and introduces a few of the experts who prepare them daily.

We will begin with a tour of the Market’s fantastic local brewery: Green Leaf Brewing Co., where guests will learn firsthand what happens behind the scenes to create their unique varieties of craft beer. Afterwards, sample your way through the best of the market, with offerings including fresh salmon, artisan cheese, gourmet pizza, VQA wine and so much more! A delicious fudge making a demonstration from Olde World Confections will then conclude the evening on a sweet note.
